The main dining room with its Georgian elegance occupies the ground floor of 5 town houses, it is available for up to 70 guests and the private room can host up to 40 guests.

How to Secure Your Reservation for Parties 7 & Over
To secure a ‘party’ reservation at Woods we will require:
We look forward to seeing you at Woods.
- A deposit of £20 per person as soon as a provisional reservation is made to avoid disappointment. Payment can be made by credit card over the phone or bank transfer. This deposit will be non-refundable if a cancellation is made within a month of the booking, but can be postponed for a later date.
- Our ‘Party menu’ will be e-mail to you by the time of booking. We will require a pre-order at least one week prior to your booking. If the party is split into more than one table, we will re-take the order quickly by table on the day, unless you provide us in advance with a table plan with place names and menu choices.
- Changes to table number need to be given within 72 hours of the booking. No show of guests on the day will be charge at full party menu price.
- A 10% discretionary service will be added to the bill.
- Final payment of the invoice, minus the deposit, will be settled on the day
