The main dining room with its Georgian elegance occupies the ground floor of 5 town houses, it is available for up to 70 guests and the private room can host up to 40 guests.

How to Secure Your Reservation for Parties 7 & Over
To secure a ‘party’ reservation at Woods we will require:
We look forward to seeing you at Woods.
- A deposit of £20 per person as soon as a provisional reservation is made to avoid disappointment. Payment to be made by credit card over the phone or bank transfer. This deposit will be non-refundable if a cancellation is made within a month of the booking.
- Changes to table number need to be given within 72 hours of the booking. As failure to do so or even no show of guest/guests on the day, will result in the deposit of said guest/guests being forfeited.
- A menu will be e-mailed to you by the time of booking, please do not take the party menu on our website as a given, as changes are sometimes inevitable.
- A party of 10 and over will be advised to give us an overall pre-order. If the party is split into more than one table, we will re-take the order quickly by table on the day, unless you provide us in advance with a table plan with place names and menu choices.
- A 10% discretionary service will be added to the bill.
- Final payment of the invoice, minus the deposit already paid will be settled on the day
